Digital Content
Fall B term Digital Codes will be sold and online orders will begin processing October 13.
Watch your email for delivery of most digital or ebook codes.
To redeem your VitalSource code create your Vital Source account, download Bookshelf, then when you reveal the publisher access code, copy it and log into Canvas for your class, find the textbook link (on the left side), paste the code, and your courseware is now ready.
DIGITAL CODES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER 14 DAYS, OR 10% OR GREATER OF THE CONTENT IS ACCESSED, OR IF ANY PORTION OF THE CONTENT IS PRINTED.

Fall 2026 In-store Sales and Hours/Holidays
Orange Park location will have the following hours beginning Tuesday, October 6 through Friday, November 13th.
Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Friday - CLOSED
The Bookstores will be closed September 7 for Labor Day, October 12 for Columbus Day, November 11 for Veterans Day and November 25-27 for Thanksgiving Holiday.
Fall 2026 Online Sales
Online sales are for credit card purchases only. Save money on shipping - pick up in store. Students may choose to have orders shipped directly to them or pick up at any of our three store locations. Online ordering is a 2-3 business day process not including delivery time. Students electing pick up service will be notified when their order is ready for pick up. DO NOT ASSUME YOUR ORDER IS READY. Please note UPS usually takes two to three business days to deliver your order. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed starting on the next business day. PLEASE PLAN YOUR PURCHASES ACCORDINGLY.
When calling, please have your Order Number, Student ID Number and questions ready.
NOTE: DIGITAL CONTENT ITEMS CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ONE WEEK BEFORE TERM START DATE.
Refund Deadlines
Digital Content purchases are NOT refundable after 14 days, or 10% or greater of the content is accessed, or if any portion of the content is printed.
Fall Full & A Term Textbook Refund Deadline:
Last day for full refund: 9/4/2026
Last day for rental refund: 9/4/2026
Last day for partial* refund: 9/18/2026
Fall A Term Rentals Due: 10/14/2026
Fall B Textbook Refund Deadline:
Last day for full refund: 10/23/2026
Last day for rental refund: 10/23/2026
Last day for partial* refund: 10/30/2026
Fall Full & B Term Rentals Due: 12/11/2026
*Purchased book only, not rentals.
Financial Aid Dates
Financial Aid for Fall Full & A term is available for Campus Store purchases August 17 - September 12, 2026.
Financial Aid for Fall B term is available for Campus Store purchases October 13 - October 31, 2026.
Dual Enrollment
Fall term: Public School - Students must have their District Textbook Voucher and printed SJR State schedule. Students may begin picking up required materials for Fall on Monday, August 17, 2026.
Fall term: Homeschool and Private School - Students must have their printed SJR State schedule and can begin picking up required materials for Fall on Monday, August 17, 2026.
Buyback
SJR State Bookstore will offer in-store Buyback for Fall the following dates and times:
December 10, 11 & 14, 2026
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Graduation Update
Fall Commencement is scheduled for December 17 at the Thrasher Horne Center in Orange Park. You will be notified when the order is available for pickup approximately 2 weeks prior to commencement date.

Last day to order cap and gown for Fall Graduation is November 6th. Cap and gown orders are non-refundable.
